Find the way to write that works for you.
This is a key part of your journey to writing, and of becoming productive as a writer. Its not a duality - its a spectrum. And you will fall somewhere on it. Are you more an outliner- fully planning your work in advance and then implementing it, or a discovery writer - starting with your idea and just going from there? Or are you somewhere in the middle? Take the time to work this out by trying different things. The correct answer? Its the method that allows you to write the best stories.
